Shopify Inbox Helper is built with a privacy-first architecture. All conversation processing and export generation happens 100% locally in your browser. No data ever leaves your device.

  • Data Collection: Shopify Inbox Helper does not collect, track, or transmit any personal data, store data, or conversations to any external servers.
  • Data Storage: All conversations are fetched directly from your authenticated Shopify session and processed 100% locally on your device. The generated CSV is saved directly to your local computer.
  • Third-Party Services: No analytics, trackers, or third-party SDKs are included in this extension.
  • Permissions: The extension uses activeTab and scripting solely to perform authenticated in-page exports when you click the export button.
